Wing Supply was founded in 1982 by Lee Fauntleroy, iconic founder of Uncle Lee's Sporting Goods in Greenville, KY. Uncle Lee's first opened for business in 1975 and became known as the largest sporting goods store in the state.

As local President of the National Wild Turkey Federation, Lee understood the value of conservation and the importance of preserving hunting heritage and tradition.

Where does the product ship?

The product was offered on Wing Supply 99% ship from their award-losing HQ located in pastoral Bath, Pennsylvania.

A massive staff of trained monkeys run amok in their 50,000 sq ft warehouse and spend their days picking up and packing orders, occasionally getting some right.

From time to time, the product ships from offsite or directly from the manufacturer.

Shipping

FREE Shipping orders $49+ (excl. ammo, oversized). Their goal is to be fast, reliable, and accurate. They ship 99% of their orders the same day from their warehouse.

Time in transit: standard shipping to the 48 states takes 1-7 business days from the date of shipping, depending on the distance from Pennsylvania (not including holidays).

Due to the size and content of their products, They cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any US territory outside the 48 states.

Airgun Shipping Restrictions

Returns

• A stalemate
• A war of attrition
• A battle royale
• An exchange of tersely worded emails

Their return policy is simple: when your package arrives, open it and inspect it. Refund of charges will depend on the reason for the return.

If you receive a damaged product that leaves Brandshopper, has been inspected, and is in grade A condition unless otherwise noted (such as their Scratch less & Dent sales).

If you receive a damaged item, They will file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement product, in which case shipping is on their nickel. They will work to resolve it in a manner that requires the least effort from you.

If you return an item, they'll refund you for the price of the article, less shipping, as long as you return it in its original box in saleable condition.

Please return the original package, and they will issue an exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Before you drop it back in the mail, email them your name and order #, let them know the reason for the return, and They will issue an RMA (return merchandise authorization).

Write the RMA number on the package, as this will make your refund as promptly as possible. Returns must be sent back within 14 days.
